Getting started

What is Nogravity Academy?

It's a calisthenics training app with over 100 ready-to-use workouts, a progress tracker, and a community of people training the same way. You get structured programs built around bodyweight training - no gym membership, no machines, no guesswork about what to do next.

Do I need any equipment?

Most workouts need nothing but your bodyweight and a bit of floor space. Some programs use a pull-up bar or a set of parallettes, and those are clearly marked so you always know what a session requires before you start it. If you have nothing at all, there's a full path you can follow with zero equipment.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Yes. The beginner programs assume you can't do a single pull-up and build from there. Every exercise has a regression - an easier version - so you're always training at a level that actually works for you instead of failing reps and losing motivation.

Can I build muscle and lose fat with bodyweight training?

Yes, and you can work on both at once - which is exactly the situation most people who find us are in.

Muscle comes from training that gets progressively harder over time, and that's how the programs are built. You add reps, then harder variations, then harder leverages. It's the same progressive overload principle as adding plates to a barbell, just applied to your own bodyweight.

Fat loss comes mainly from what you eat, but training moves the needle in two ways: it burns energy, and it keeps the muscle you have while you're losing weight - which is the difference between getting smaller and actually looking like you train. Alongside the strength & skill programs, Nogravity Academy includes follow-along HIIT (High intensity interval training) "fat burning" sessions you can press play on and just move with. No planning, no counting sets, no deciding what comes next - you follow along until the session ends.

A realistic split: strength work 3-4 times a week for the muscle, a follow-along session or two on the days in between for the extra output. That combination is what changes an overweighted starting point into a lean, visibly trained one.

How long are the workouts?

Most beginner sessions run 30-45 minutes. There are short as 5 minute follow along sessions for days when time is tight, and you can filter by duration so you're not scrolling through workouts you don't have time for.

How many days a week should I train?

The programs are built around 3-4 sessions a week, which is enough for real progress while leaving room for recovery. If you can only manage 2, there's a structure for that too. Consistency beats volume every time.

Programs and training

How do I choose the right program?

Start with your current level, not your goal. If you're unsure, begin with the foundational program - it takes 6-8 weeks and prepares your joints and tendons for everything that comes after. Skipping it is the most common reason people get stuck or injured later.

Can I switch programs partway through?

Yes of course, you can switch whenever you want, and your progress data stays saved. That said, finishing a program before jumping to the next one is what actually produces results - most plateaus come from program-hopping rather than from the program itself.

How long until I see results?

Most people notice strength changes in 3-4 weeks and visible changes around 8-12 weeks, assuming they train consistently and eat reasonably. Skill work like the muscle-up or handstand takes longer - usually several months - because it's a "technique problem as much as a strength problem."

Are there video demonstrations?

Every exercise will include a demonstration so you can see exactly how the movement should look and where people usually go wrong.

Can I train with an injury?

We can't give you medical advice, and you should talk to a doctor or physiotherapist about your specific situation. What we can say is that many exercises have alternatives that let you keep training around a problem area instead of stopping completely. If you're returning from an injury, take the foundational program slowly.

Progress tracking

What does the progress tracker do?

You can log your completed sessions, reps, and hold times so you can see whether you're actually getting stronger instead of guessing. It also tracks your streak and completed programs.

Will I lose my progress if I cancel?

No. Your training history is kept for [12] months after cancellation, so if you come back you pick up where you left off.

Community and groups

What are Groups?

Groups are where members train together - sharing progress, asking questions, and getting form feedback. There are groups for specific skills and for general accountability.

Is my profile public?

Your profile is visible to other members inside the community area only. You control what you share, and you can keep your profile private in your account settings if you'd rather train quietly. Nothing you log is shared publicly outside the app.

Do I have to take part in the community?

Not at all. Plenty of members use the app purely for the programs. The community is there when you want it.

1-1 Online Coaching

What's the difference between the app and 1-1 coaching?

The app gives you proven programs that work for most people. 1-1 coaching gives you a plan built around your body, your schedule, and your specific sticking points, with direct feedback on your form from me personally.

Who is 1-1 coaching for?

People chasing a specific skill on a deadline, people who've plateaued and can't work out why, and people who simply do better with accountability. It's a bigger commitment in both time and cost than the app.

How do I apply?

Head to the [1-1 Coaching] page and fill out the application. Spots are limited, and I only take clients I'm confident I can actually help.

Subscriptions and billing

How much does it cost?

Three plans, all with exactly the same access - every program, the follow-along sessions, the community, and progress tracking. There are no extra purchases inside the app, and nothing is held back for a higher tier.

  • Monthly - 39,90 € / month. Rolling. Cancel any time.

  • 6 months - 169 €. That's 28,17 € a month. You save 70 € against paying monthly.

  • Annual - 299 €. That's 24,92 € a month. You save 180 € against paying monthly - the cheapest way to train with us.

The 6-month and annual plans are paid up front and run for the full term. That locks your price - whatever we charge new members later, your rate doesn't move until your plan renews - and it locks your commitment, which is the part that actually matters.

That commitment is deliberate. Calisthenics results come from months of consistent training, not weeks. The first pull-up takes most people 8-12 weeks; a muscle-up takes considerably longer. Members on the longer plans are the ones still training when it finally happens, because quitting in week five stopped being an option in week one.

Not sure yet? Start monthly. You can move to a longer plan whenever you want, and we'll credit what you've already paid for the current month.

Is there a free trial?

No. We'd rather put everything behind one fair price than run a trial designed to catch you out when it expires. You can cancel any time.

How do I cancel?

Log in, open My Subscriptions, and select Cancel. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel through Apple or Google instead. Full instructions are on our [Cancellation & Refund Policy] page.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing is cut off early.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, since you get full access immediately. We do refund genuine errors - duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, unauthorised payments. See the [Cancellation & Refund Policy] for the full details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

[Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.]

Technical

Which devices does the app work on?

[iPhone, Android, and any web browser.] Your account syncs across devices, so you can plan on your laptop and train from your phone.

Can I use it offline?

Unfortunately you can't. You need to be connected to a network.

I can't log in. What do I do?

First, use the password reset link on the login screen - that solves most cases. If you're still locked out, email info@nogravityacademy.com from the address you signed up with and we'll sort it out.

Something isn't working. How do I report it?

Email info@nogravityacademy.com with your device, what you were doing, and a screenshot if you have one. That's usually enough for us to reproduce and fix it quickly.
